Registration Fees

A one-time (per school year), non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child's place in our program.

What Does the Registration Fee Cover?

Your registration fee helps support the administrative and educational resources needed to prepare for a successful year, including:

  • Enrollment and administrative processing

  • Program planning and preparation

  • Brightwheel registration and family communication

  • Learning materials and resources

  • Supplies used throughout the program

  • Insurance Coverage

When Is It Due?

The registration fee is due once your child's space has been confirmed and must be paid to secure enrollment. As spaces are limited, registration is only considered complete once the registration fee and all required forms have been received.

Payment Information

To keep enrollment simple and predictable, tuition is paid in monthly installments throughout the program year.

Monthly Payments

Tuition is billed monthly and is due regardless of attendance, as your child's space is reserved exclusively for them.

Due Date

Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due on the 1st of each month.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept e-Transfer for all tuition and registration payments.

Withdrawal Notice

Families wishing to withdraw from the program are required to provide four (4) weeks' written notice. Tuition remains payable during the notice period.

Late Payment Policy

A $10 late fee per day may be applied to overdue accounts until payment is received. If you anticipate a delay in payment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work together on a solution.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or make-up classes for absences due to illness, vacations, or personal reasons, as your child's space is reserved exclusively for them. If Little Wise Owls cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, a make-up day may be offered when possible.

  • Yes! We offer trial classes when space is available. A trial is a wonderful opportunity for your child to experience our Forest School program and for your family to determine if Little Wise Owls is the right fit.

  • At this time, we do not offer financial assistance. Families are welcome to contact us to discuss payment questions.

  • We believe there is no such thing as bad weather—only inappropriate clothing! Our programs run year-round in rain, snow, and sunshine. However, classes may be modified, relocated, or cancelled during extreme weather, poor air quality, high winds, or other conditions that may impact safety. Families are notified as early as possible.

  • Children should arrive dressed for the weather with appropriate outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear. We also recommend bringing a backpack with a water bottle, healthy snack, extra layers, and any seasonal gear listed in our clothing guide.

  • Absolutely! Many families choose to attend multiple days each week, allowing children to build deeper friendships, strengthen their connection with nature, and enjoy even more outdoor learning experiences. Enrollment is based on program availability.
